Great packaging- fresh
I forgot what a fresh Tootsie Pop tastes like! Anyone who's bought individual tootsie pops from a box in the store knows that sometimes it can be a crap-shoot whether or not they are fresh, or have been exposed to moisture. These pops are in a resealable bag, are very fresh, and because they unwrap easily and are rock-hard, I know they haven't been subject to moisture. I buy the raspberry because they help with dry mouth (tart) while quitting smoking. Plus, they help with the hand/mouth thing. The exp. date is right on the package, and two years from now. Very pleased. Reasonably priced, as well.

SENDING "OLD" PRODUCTS
I have bought tootsie pops from grocery stores for MANY years and they have a fresh crunch to the pop.After a few months, they tend to get soft with NO crunch.These pops are at least a year old from the manufacture date and are mushy with a terrible taste.This was the first one out of the bag. Not wanting to judge the batch by a sample of one, I had 2 more with the SAME results - OLD!!!!I bought these bc they were all one flavor that I prefer - Red Raspberry. What a mistake!!!If you like old mushy sticky Tootsie pops, my all means by from this company. If not, stick with the grocery stores.
