Part if it looks on the outside of the rim and you push the handle down and a blade cuts a small section on the inner side of the rim. Scoot the tool forward and repeat. When I have my mind on cutting I don't want to stop and sharpen. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This thing works *by T***S on September 22, 2024* I purchased this to de-Head two 55 gallon drums to burn stumps. This device made quick work of removing the bottom while maintaining the integrity of the bottom ring on the barrel. Price point was great and performance even better. Remember the knob on the side adjusts the angle of the cutter, start loose then look at the angle in relation to the bottom. Adjust it so the tool slides and the cutter has a very slight angle facing inward to the barrels center. Push down pull up and slide forward. For the price point you can’t beat it. Does what it says and of course has fast shipping. Highly recommend you get one, even if you just use it a few times.
