Use it as a cat bed as opposed to a small Dog bed. Cats love it and it looks good. Very soft and durable so far. We did get the smaller size but it works well. Haven't had any accidents so not sure if it's waterproof, but it's the right size for our cats.

This is an affordable, well made, low profile, pet resting mat that will likely fit in standard metal crates if that is what you want it for. We were happy that the color was true to the description photos, as the burnt pumpkin color goes well with our decor. The only downside is that the furry texture of this specific color pad is not as nice as all the other dark gray ones we have purchased in the past. This "fur" is kind of plasticity and sheds quite a bit. We keep finding pumpkin colored tumbleweed balls, especially after our pup "digs" herself a comfy spot. No weird smells as other reviews said...it is quite fluffy and the cats liked it. But the dimensions are much smaller than it says. Wouldn't work to replace the mat/cushion they were using. About 1-2" short length and width. For the price we kept it but beware of you're looking for exact measurements.
