These hoses worked great as a replacement for my old washer hoses. I like the different colors for hot and cold. They come with normal gaskets without screens for attaching the hoses. If you want a screen filter gasket you will need to buy a couple.The lines are reinforced with a braided line throughout the rubber hoses. They are very flexible and they have plenty of length for when you need to pull out your washer. These attached quickly and I have had zero leaks with them in the last few months.These are awesome hoses and priced great. Not sure if it's better to get the braided steel lines or these. I have heard good and bad things about every kind of hose you can buy. I'll just be sure to check them often, replace them every few years and turn them off when I go on vacation. Anything you buy can be defective or break, but these seem good quality and I am not worried about them bursting on me.Update 03/2021I replaced these hoses because they are getting old and i used them for 7 years. Nothing was wrong with them and I never experienced any leaks or problems with them. They still look good, but it was just time for some new ones.

No complaints. They fit nicely and I like the red/blue colors indicating hot/cold without having to climb over the washer if necessary (especially since mine is a stacked unit!!). When I moved earlier this year, the movers cut the hoses on my previous washer instead of unscrewing them. It's possible they were beyond finger tight and the guy couldn't get it unscrewed (and we were under a time constraint as we needed to be done moving into the new apt by 9pm), so while it was annoying, it was understandable. That washer ended up having to be donated anyway, but the hoses had nothing to do with that. If the stacked set ever needs to be pulled out, I'll take a photo.

Well made rubber hoses. Color coding was helpful to me flushing my tankless water heater with them. Price is great. Made in USA! These are leak free and well made. Like another reviewer stated I wouldn't use anything but stainless sheathed hoses on my washer. Did you know your supposed to turn off the water to a washer when ever it's not in use? The hoses can burst and flood your home. I'm lazy. I only turn it off on vacation and hope stainless sheathed hoses keep me safe.

Used it twice to flush the tankless heater. I love that it has 2 colors, which made it easier to track the hot and cold. It worked quite well as expected. The 4 stars reflected the fact that the gold plating on the hose end was black after being in contact with vinegar, as it was probably not made to be used with acid.

These are good quality bargain hoses.I found them at Sears for nearly twice the price. The rubber is thick and the fittings hold well so far.The fittings and washers fit well on the washer and the water spigot as expected.I would every home to have an extra set of these in storage, because there are no substitutes for them when you need them.

I bought these to flush my Rannai water heater. I like the fact that they are color coded and perfect length for what I needed to do. The hoses connected to the unit and into the bucket on the floor with maybe a foot to spare.Unfortunately I should have bought hoses with stainless steel coupler since after an hour in the white vinegar bath the couplers had discolored and most of the finish seems to be etched off.otherwise worked as expected

Got exactly what I was expecting. Your typical washing machine hoses, except in red and blue instead of black. Rubber quality seems really good, and they came with 4 rubber washers. My previous black set had screens to block the lime deposits from going through, but was really unnecessary as my washing machine already has screens installed at the connection point. This set of hoses was exactly what I was expecting, and was at a great price. I price checked in store, and several online sites. This was by far the best pricing!

These hoses are great. The 6 foot length is longer than typical washing machine hoses, which allowed me to get my machines where I wanted them. They included 4 rubber washers for drip free fittings. The brass ends seemed very high quality and threaded perfectly on to the steel water hook ups as well as the plastic threads on the machine.
