This gave me some irritability, however that's possibly a good thing because that might mean I don't have a choline deficiency. Weirdly, that might be a sign that it's potent.

They works. It helps with digestion, I believe they increase bile flow. No regrets.

I would have loved to use this -It is a very good product- however my sense of smell is too strong. Thus I could not take it. I had to return it.
