I literally hate the apple ear buds, they have never stayed in my ears so I've never been able to use them. This hasn't really been an issue as I have a great set of shure isolating earphones. Until I bought my wife a set of the AirPods, and I really wanted to like them, but again, they fell out of my ears.....until now! I came across these earbud covers and they are brilliant. They fit easily over the apple bud and then sit snuggly in the ear which is great when I go jogging with the wife as I can have one bud and she can have the other and we can share the music. Bass response is also improved and so is sound isolation. A really good product which actually does what it says on the tin. They are also easy to take off and all sensors work as they should. You have to take them off to fit in the case but this is not s hug issue as they are so easy to fit.

I never usually write reviews HOWEVER, I purchased these for a pair of ‘Skullcandy Ultra’ earbuds, as with most people looking @ these - the standard dome shaped just falls out my ears W/small ear canal = useless without inner ear insertions! These covers have stopped me from returning what turns out to be a pretty good set of wireless earbuds! They have transformed these Skullcandy earbuds, given me the missing lows, evened out the mid’s & highs; to give an impressive fuller sound! I can now listen to Drum n Bass WITH the BASS - NOW! Also the noise cancellation of the buds has gone 2% to a good 60% - 70% of noise now being cancelled out! One of the best buys in a long time!

I've tried a few different solutions for Airpod covers, none of them were quite what I wanted. These however seem to be made of a better quality material. They have also lined up the output better with these so that its directed right into your ear. They are super comfortable, and yes they wont fit in the case but they added a little tab which makes adding and removing these buds pretty easily. They effect is that it adds a little bass to the sound since less sound is escaping as its essentially creating a plug in your ear. Crucially for me these now sit nice and snug and will not fall out. I tested them mountain biking... they didnt budge. Id happily recommend these. Whats more you get 3 pairs and a nifty little carrying case for them. Thumbs up from me, just a shame apple didnt design the charging case a bit better to be able to accept these.

Firstly, they are good and they make some improvements however there are a few drawbacks which are listed below. Pros: Easy to fit and adjust Soft and make the AirPods grip better in ears Slightly improves sound isolation and quality Cons: Expensive Only one size of in ear bud meaning that if you have large ear canals, these won’t seem much different. Due to the fixed size, there is not much noise isolation Can make the buds painful to wear due to increasing the size of the bud. Overall I am a little bit disappointed due to the positive reviews this product has. I wouldn’t purchase again unless there was more of a size range.

I firmly believe that opinions on sound quality are very subjective, according to both the physical ear structure and the actual hearing perception of the individual listener - hence the wide variety of reviews for most earphones. Whilst I am very appreciative of the convenience offered by my Apple AirPods wireless bluetooth system, along with the seamless way they link so effectively with my iPhone or my MacBook, I consider that the actual sound quality could be better. After trying these AhaStyle covers for some time, I have concluded that they do make a significant improvement to the sound, making it both deeper and much more rounded, particularly in the bass frequency range. Additional benefits are that the AirPods are held more securely in my ears, the resultant seal means that I am able to listen with the volume output set at a lower level, and there is a certain amount of improvement in external noise cancellation. Minus point - they need to be removed to put the AirPods into their charging case but, with practice, it only takes a few seconds to fit them back onto the AirPods again. I would therefore suggest that anyone who is not completely happy with the sound on their AirPods gives these a try (at the price, what have you got to lose? - much more cost effective than going ahead and reinvesting in the much more expensive AirPods Pro). Some additional points to consider - I would advocate purchasing the pack which contains 2 large and 2 small earbud covers, so you can try both sizes, as achieving the best possible seal is essential. Although it is not immediately obvious, they are actually marked L (left) and R (right). They work just as effectively with standard wired Apple EarPods - an additional benefit being that they do not need to be removed from the EarPods, as these do not have to fit into a charging case. I have not tried the covers with hooks, which may offer an even more secure fit for some people, especially if using during sports activities.

These things fit nicely and make Airpods more comfortable to wear. However, the sound quality changes dramatically, which is not acceptable for me.

Let me start by saying that I have little ear holes. As much as I love my AirPods, they’ve never stayed in my ears well and frequent use resulted in my ears hurting from forcing them in to stay put. (I didn’t know I’d have this trouble before I got them). I’ve tried a few different types of slip on covers (none with tips because I’d never seen them before) and they didn’t make much of a difference and if you sweat they were useless. I ended up ditching those and trying the NextCare tape trick and that did a bit better and a little bit of sweating was okay, but it still wasn’t great. But these. Holy craps. These things are magic. I’ve been moving and sweating for the last 2 hours and they have not budged. At. All. I have not had to reach up even once to adjust them in my ear like I do every few minutes without them. I have zero ear pain 2 hours in which I usually get after 20-30 minutes of usage without these tips. This makes me stupid happy. They definitely reduce the amount of outside noises that are usually a problem for me with the AirPods, but I wouldn’t say they cancel it. Sound dampening is more accurate of a term. I can still hear what is going on around me which is nice for safety reasons, but at the same time I can still clearly hear what I’m listening to on my phone. They have vastly improved the sound quality with all of the noisy stuff going on around me without making me unaware of my surroundings and I’m thankful for that. They slip on in seconds and fit so well on the AirPods that they stay on until you remove them (which also takes seconds). For those that have had the tips of their old earbuds come off and spent forever fighting them to get them back on, you will find none of that with these. I have to say that these are a must for us tiny ear hole people, anyone that sweats even the slightest bit, or moves constantly. I don’t think you’ll regret this purchase.
