If your back, legs, or balls itch, it's the tap water from the poo-poo reclamation plant. The poo-poo water has chemicals, crimson, pharmaceuticals, and Chlorine. Chlorine was used during WW1 to gas the soldiers. When Chlorine bonds with oxygen it becomes a poison gas. The shower water filter is the best I have used, unless you have a whole house filtration system. No more itchy skin and I can breathe while taking a shower; no Chlorine gas using this filter. Well made and easy to install.

The filter works very well. When I run the hot water, you can tell a it makes a huge difference. Your shower won't smell like the chlorine at a public pool. The filter helps making the water less harsh on your skin while running the water hot. I live in AZ where the water quality isn't really all that great. I've tried others on the past; this seems to work the best.

Bought the replacement filter for both the inner cartridge and Z replacement. I have replaced the Z filters a couple of times with no issue. Just replaced the inner cartridge for the 1st time and it started leaking at the top through the seams where it locks the housing for filter to the top part connected to the shower head. I have removed and checked it, adjusted it and compared it to the previous inner cartridge. Everything is the same and fixed properly. Something is not working as it supposed to and the leaks are getting worst by the day and there is no way of contacting this seller. Edit: The Miniwell service team reached out to try to help rectify the problem. In the end a replacement filter was sent to me and everything works perfectly well as its supposed to. I have used many types of shower filters, I have about 4 other types and this is by far the best one in terms of quality, easy to replace and checking to see if filter needs to be replaced because of the translucent portion of the housing. Definitely recommend this.

Removes the chlorine stank very well. Durable and reliable. Does not remove calcium, however water is less irritating. Only Water Softener can remove Calcium/Dissolved Solids.

Great. We finally had an iSpring filter system installed but until then this is the only way we could stand to shower. Recommend it for anyone.

I really like these filters the cotton ones go bad fast and they get slimy so you need to replace those but once a month the more aggressive filter in the middle I'd say we replace it maybe every 4 months

Kind of expensive but works

This is the best water filter I have used. You will need to replace once in a while both filters so this pack is very helpful. Its super easy to replacr and I really believe it improves the water quality.
