Functional and looks good
Finally a gate my dog won’t just jump over or push through. Well made and easy to set up, and very adjustable. Love the stability with the metal instead of those plastic flimsy gates. A good height unless you have a tall dog. Also it looks good and isn’t an eyesore like some gates. Worth the price, so good I bought three total for our home to keep our pup safe until he learns what to stay out of.

Looks great, works great.
So easy to put together. I did screw mine into the wall as the dog will jump on it. Easy to put together! Had to take it down and put it back up for kitchen appliance installation. Also, not a problem. Highly recommend. Gate is great. Durable/sturdy. Looks nice.

These are the best baby gates
These are by far the best baby gates that I have ever seen. They're extremely sturdy and safe, I was very impressed with all of the safeguards and the design--I feel very confident that my babies will not be able to break through and fall down the stairs. I also liked that it had multiple options for installation, and that it included a way to install with banisters. They're also very convenient to use. Other baby gates I have seen have either not been very sturdy, or have been super annoying to use and to get through. But while they are desgined to be toddler unfriendly, they're very easy for me to unlatch and lift open. I am very happy with my purchase!

You absolutely ***CAN REMOVE*** this gate! Read my review!!!!
Once we got the measurements and read the first page or two of the instruction manual, we had no problem installing the gate. It was super easy, easier than I even anticipated. Just want to stress the importance of not messing with the tightening once you’ve cut the red zip tie that has a sign that says do not cut until after install. It messes with the way the gate shuts. Make sure it’s secure, cut the red zip tie and don’t mess with it. It works beautifully. I’m so happy with it. Easily worth the money. We’re getting at least 3 more because we have 3 levels of our home and 2 sets of stairs so we’ll have a total of 4 gates. We simply used the pressure based install rather than the screws because our home is newly renovated and we don’t want to mess up the walls and the brand new banisters. It’s insane how sturdy this baby gate is. I’m thoroughly impressed and I absolutely love how nice it looks. 10 out of 10 recommend. UPDATE::: This update has everything to do with having to remove the gate and then reinstall it. I genuinely believed once you install the gate (using the pressure mounts only) that it absolutely could not be removed and reinstalled. Boy was I wrong. Yes, the initial instructions say not to cut the big red zip tie until you’ve finished the installation, but it’s not as scary as they make it seem. You can literally remove this gate however many times you need to and then reinstall it just fine. The one thing you will need, however, is heavy duty zip ties (or multiple regular but elongated zip ties). Which we had because we had been in the process of moving . Because we moved into our newly renovated home very recently from a super tiny 2 bedroom apartment, we had to buy a lot of new furniture. I was concerned about the fact that we wouldn’t be able to reinstall the baby gates if we had to remove them and we were fully prepared to just chuck these in that case and buy 2 new gates. I mean, what the heck are you supposed to do with a toddler running around? Just not put in a gate because it’s gonna get in the way 3 weeks later when the furniture is delivered??? Of course not. What happens when you remove the pressure from the pressure mounts is that the door part of the gate basically separates and your first instinct is to panic. Which is exactly what I did. But fear not, for I have the answer! You’re absolutely going to need to use some brute force and some sort of zip tie, be it heavy duty or just basic, but what you need with the zip tie is to simply “scrunch” it to the point you can get the gate back into the place you had it installed initially. For us, we had them at the top and bottom of our staircase. As long as it fits, all you have to do is reinstall it like you did the first time. And I did this for the bottom and top of our staircase. Once you get the gate to fit through the space you needed it to fit into, you just keep spinning the little black piece around the screw on both sides and both top and bottom until it’s back into place and BAM it works just like it did before. Because of this, I am an even bigger fan of these gates. They look amazing they function perfectly and you can remove them over and over if necessary. Freaking awesome. Again, this is only for the pressure mount option. I have no idea if this works for the permanent screw mount.

Propose different order of installing wall cups
The gate is very good quality and it wasn’t difficult to install. The zip tie that I was supposed to keep closed until after installation was broken. But it didn’t affect installation much. I used the included measured to place the wall cups, but I shouldn’t have trusted that. I had to pull the top two off the wall and reposition them so that the top pressure screws would fit in them. That caused damage to my walls that I’ll have to repair whenever we remove the gate. I would advise buyers using pressure mount to install the bottom two cups and then assemble the gate and place the bottom pressure mounts into those cups, then position the top two cups where they need to be so the pressure mounts fit into them and then tighten the tops two into place. That would have avoided my repositioning and my wall wouldn’t have been damaged.

Strong Gate With Good Stair Mount Options
Strong Gate with Flexible Mounting Options ✔️ Very sturdy once installed ✔️ Auto‑close and lock feature ✔️ Opens in both directions ✔️ Includes banister mounting hardware ✔️ Adjustable width with extensions ✔️ Stays open when needed I installed two of these, one at the top of the stairs and one at the bottom, and both have been solid. Once tightened, the gate doesn’t flex when pushed, and the auto‑close feature is great for safety. If you open it fully, it can stay open instead of swinging shut every time. The door swings both directions, which makes it easy to walk through depending on where you’re coming from. Width is adjusted by adding extensions and tightening the pressure mounts, and once everything is in place it feels very secure. It also includes banister mounts if you need to attach it to a railing instead of a flat wall. I used a small 2x4 to adapt it to my banister, and it worked perfectly. For stair protection, this has been a reliable and safe option.

Highly Recomend
Perfect gate for the bottom of our stairs that have poles. It has not harmed our wood and looks nice. It is easy to use and locks easily. Our children can easily use it. The slats are small enough that are small 8 pound dog does not fit through them. Our dog had also not scratched it up so very pet friendly.
