Rocktape Assassins Knee Compression Sleeves, Knee Brace for Weightlifting, Cross Training & Working Out - Reduce Strain & Swelling (2 Sleeves)

I purchased my first pair in March 2021. They made a big difference for my knees when doing squats (I am a woman in my late 50s and just do a functional weight of a 65 pound front squat). I thought that perhaps they would be losing some compressive force over the years so purchased a new pair in January 2024. I was quite pleased to discover that there was no difference in the compression! I have a front loading washing machine and toss them in after each use, then let them air dry. It is easiest to put them on while they are inside out and upside down: slide them over your foot and up the calf to where the bottom of the sleeve should be, then roll the top edge up over your knee. I still use my old pair when outside in the early spring or late fall doing yardwork to keep my knee joints warm; and they also help with repeated squatting down and standing back up.

Have used the tape from Rock Tape for years but wanted to give the knees more support. These are a nice fit, comfortable and feel like they're giving the desired support. Recommend if you're looking for a sturdy knee brace.

I was looking for some good knee sleeves for crossfit because I have knee problem from when I used to play volleyball but, let me tell you, this product is worth a try. I bought first another brand and it didn’t fit right and it felt like I had no support. My friend mentioned to me this brand and now this is a staple in my gym bag. A truly good product. I bought a L and it provides a good support and it sticks well, it doesn’t slide off.

This is very sturdy and solid. It will hold the knee well and only thing I do not like is getting out from knee is very difficult. Good quality product and worth for price.

Easy to pull on & stay in place. Definitely helps with my knee pain & stability when going heavy.

3.5 years later these are still kicking for me after all the uses and washes!

I'm over 60 and love to hike, go to the gym, skate etc. These are a life saver for doing leg work at the gym, inclined leg presses make my knee feel unstable, this product really help. They are not for walking or running, at least I think they would be uncomfortable at least the thicker ones would be. The compression of these is much tighter than the usual knee pads you can buy for $10. They are composed of several pieces of neoprene that are stitched to make a rugged compression brace. People say they "break in" and get more comfortable. They can be bought in two neoprene thicknesses for support. I got the thicker ones because I was only going to use at gym. Great no complaints.

Hasta el momento, todo perfecto. Llevo utilizando las rodilleras 1 mes dos a tres veces por semana. El material es de muy buena calidad y las puntadas están doblemente reforzadas. Hace un par de meses había comenzado a experimentar resentimiento en las rodillas cada que hacía squats arriba de 70 kgs, con las rodilleras no he vuelto a sentir eso. Este par tiene un precio elevado comparado con la mayoría, pero creo que cuando se trata de el bienestar físico vale la pena gastar un poco más por algo que verdaderamente dé los beneficios deseados. Actualizaré este review a los 6 meses y al año, pues un mes no es suficiente para asegurarnos de que mantenga forma y nivel de compresión

Dadurch dass Knie-Sleeves sehr dick sind, bieten sie idealen Halt und Unterstützung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Sleeves und sie helfen mir Knieschmerzen in Grenzen zu halten.

Habe mir die Knee Sleeves (7 mm) für das CrossFit Training bestellt. Ich nutze sie jetzt seit mehreren Monaten und bin begeistert. Die Sleeves schützen nicht nur vor blauen Flecken und anderen Verletzungen bei Lunges, sondern stabilisieren die Knie auch bei jeglicher Art von Kniebeugen. Mit fallen die Squats dadurch tatsächlich leichter, außerdem knicken die Knie nicht mehr nach innen weg. Für Übungen wie Deadlifts ziehe ich die Sleeves einfach ein Stück nach unten und so sind sie auch als eine Art "Schienbeinschoner" nutzbar. Die Sleeves fallen jedoch relativ klein aus. Man kann sie leider schwer mit Sleeves anderer Hersteller vergleichen. Bei den von Rock Tape brauche ich eine L, während bei Rehband eine M ausreichend ist. Die L sitzt immer noch relativ straff und wenn ich stark geschwitzt habe, ist es nicht einfach, die Sleeves noch hochzuziehen. Daher lieber eine Nummer größer bestellen! Die Qualität der Sleeves ist sehr gut und das Material sehr angenehm auf der Haut. Sie fangen jedoch bei regelmäßigem Gebrauch recht schnell an zu stinken.
