After I get the white shade that I want how often should I use this?

it said up to 8 different shades IN 7 DAYS… you can use them everyday, i believe.

How many lines on syringe equals .04ml?

If the 1 ml lines are separated by 5 lines then each line equals .2 ml. so 2 lines of gel would equal .4 ml; the desired amount. .4 ml into the total of 3 ml/ syringe means you should get 7 1/2 treatments / syringe

How long do the syringes last?

I use much less than the instructions say to and one syringe has lasted about 10-12 uses. I put the gel directly on my teeth with a cotton swab instead of into the mouthpiece

How do you use the markings on the syringe? What are they for?

You’re gonna use .4 ML on trays during a treatment (4 lines) So, .2 ML for the bottom & .2 ML for top. So basically, squirt two line markings on each bottom & top.
