i’ve looked for a file holder for over six months. Ordered one and it just kept falling apart. It just kept falling apart. Had to return it. Every other one I wanted was 35 and $40. Finally I found this one. It is phenomenal. it has little rubber feet so it doesn’t mow my desk. It’s very sturdy. It’s all one piece. I just love it. I just love it. It would wrapped very nicely. Don't know what to say, it's pretty obvious what this does. I use it to organize folders with action items or meetings, by due date, from earliest to latest. I like that it's inclined, so I can see my upcoming/pending meetings and protects, at a glance. When the meeting time arrives, I can just grab the folder, and I have everything I need. The footprint is not large, but it does need to be fully on a level surface. If one of the legs slips off, it will fall over, and make a bit of a mess, which would suck. It comes with extra rubber feet for the legs, although I expect I'll lose those before I would need them. I also like that I was able to buy this from a nonprofit charity.
