Great for the classroom.
I purchased the Sunnytech 0.5w 5v 100ma Mini Small Solar Panel Module to use in the classroom. It worked perfectly with lamp light as well as sunlight. Great for small circuit builds. I will purchase more as needed.

Great for Projects!
I got it today, and it needs more than expected sunlight to work. I'm using it for a solar iPhone charger. I hooked an led to it, and it won't work with house lights. It needs real sunlight. But otherwise, works great!

Rigged with a Ring stick up cam
Did not want to spend $$ to charge up my Ring stick up cam while trying to figure out where in my brick wall should i glue that huge thing that would eventually look like an eyesore. Rigged this one up with a usb wire and stuck the cell in the front. Nice, neat, and almost unnoticeable. While it won't charge the cam fully even with almost 2 hours of direct sunlight, i went from charging it up every 3 weeks to almost a month and a half before taking it down so it was worth the hassle. Gave this 5 stars because it does work and so much cheaper than the Ring solar panel.

Beware, they don't work
These do not work. When I read others reviews, peoples experiences were much the same as mine. Although I can't return them, I may look into removing the white sealant on the back and see if I can get some use out of them

Excellent Replacement Solar Cells
I have 3 rechargeable batteries type solar cell walkway lights. When the top section of the old solar cell deterated, the light output became very dim. The trick was to replace the old solar cell with one of these. I will admit, you have to go deep into the light, cut out the old solar cell, glue the new solar cell on top, and resolder the wires to the solar cell. But for nicer walkway lights, it is worth it and the LEDs stay bright all night long. I'll have to report on the longevity of these new solar cells at a later date (my old ones lasted about 7 years).

Got it to work....eventually
I needed a solar panel to attach to a motor for a science project. The included alligator clips didn’t work at first. Hm? Maybe it’s my motor that’s bad? Nope ran the motor off of a battery—just fine. Maybe the connections? The back of the solar panel had a bunch of rubber covering ALL of the connections—I’m guessing to keep everything in place. Problem was, I couldn’t see through the stuff to ensure that everything was connected. We ended up scraping it off (took awhile to do so carefully) and attached my own alligator clips and they worked instantly. Science project is done and I was very grateful that I happened to have extra bits lying around, because straight out of the package this didn’t work. But for the price and a little time fiddling around, it’s still a decent deal.

Seems good quality!
Used this solar panel to make a pool ionizer. So far it is good quality, we have been using it for 3 months.
