I wasn’t expecting it to feel this sturdy, especially for something that breaks down like that.I used it right away on some pretty stubborn knots in my back, and it worked better than I expected. It made it easy to reach spots I normally can’t get to on my own, and I was able to really target tight areas instead of just vaguely pressing around. I even used it on my teres minor, which is usually hard to isolate, and it helped loosen things up quickly.After just a few minutes I could feel a real difference in tension.
