Great magnesium supplement
Very good magnesium supplement. Helps improve sleep quality and decrease leg cramps. Helps with regular bowel movements.

Stopped.. Not for me :(
I get very very tired the day after taking this. I started with just one fourth of a teaspoon but still feel drowsy the next day. So discontinued.

Best way to take magnesium
It is a good magnesium product. Easily can adjust the dose as it is in powder form. Can produce little loose B.M. Most magnesium products produce loose B.M. It does give one muscle relaxation and no more muscle cramps - that is the main reason magnesium salts are good. Magnesium Oxalate is the best (MagOx) but it is NOT available here as it needs more steps to manufacture. All in all, I am not sure whether it can be taken for "sleep" although they claim. But no cramps may give you uninhibited sleep!. R.S.
