I’m not lying when I say it hasn’t only changed my period but my life. I cannot rave enough about diva! I only have to worry about my period when I am at my own home. It lasts for 12 hours and I have heavy periods. It doesn’t leak at all. It has basically eliminated cramps and it’s so much healthier for our bodies! I have not used traditional feminine products in over a year. This is my second diva cup because we should replace them every year. If you are fearful of trying this product don’t be!
