Probably the best kitchen knives we have ever had. They cut effortlessly and the sharpening sheath is superb. Would highly recommend.

Sharp out of the package, the included sharpener is OK but not great, I would buy a seperate one however the sheathe is still very nice. It seems to keep its edge as well as any other knife I've used. The handle is solid, this blade is full tang and feels nice in the hand. The blade length is ideal for a utility knife doing generic cutting.

Decent knife,however was very blunt, after sharpening on a steel was a lot better

This knife slices veg with ease, just one thing if you not used to using very sharp knives, get yourself some hand protection gloves, for using with sharp knives, this knife will last a long time as is self sharpening protective sleeve which sharpens the knife every time you place knife back. Would highly recommend But only if you are knife sharpness aware also wear protective gloves to save being minus a few fingers should knife slip..

un coltello che mi ha molto soddisfatto sia per il taglio di verdura,frutta,e per autoaffilarsi ogni volta che si depone nella sua custodia.lo consiglio.

Enfin un couteau qui coupe bien... on le range dans son étui, il s'aiguise en même temps, super non?
