I am very satisfied with this desert cooler. This is my second time purchasing the same Optimus 100 cooler because of its excellent performance and features. I first bought it for my home in 2024, and due to its impressive cooling and reliability, I decided to purchase it again. The cooler comes with dense honeycomb pads along with a mosquito net, and also allows you to fully close the fan wings when not in use, which helps keep dust and insects away. It has a large ice tray that helps enhance cooling during very hot days. The airflow is strong and covers a good area, making it ideal for home use. One of the most convenient features is the auto-fill technology, which saves time and effort. Additionally, the same water motor can be used to drain the water, and it also includes a bottom valve for easy water outlet. Overall, a great product with powerful cooling, useful features, and good durability. Highly recommended!

The cooler is quite large and offers impressive airflow. Despite the current 24–37°C temperature range in Navi Mumbai, it remains very effective. Proper ventilation (placing it near a big window) has prevented humidity buildup during February. The chamber boasts a sturdier feel, while the cover feels flimsy and is of a distinctly different hue. This inconsistency in material quality is concerning, particularly for a product of this nature. Cover Fitment Issues: The cover's inability to close properly is a recurring annoyance, requiring undue force to secure it in place. Furthermore, its bent appearance near the corners suggests a lack of precision in the manufacturing process, leading to frustration during use. Mosquito Net Blockage: Examination reveals that portions of the mosquito netting are completely sealed off, raising doubts about the effectiveness of ventilation. Such blockages could impede airflow to the honeycomb pad, potentially compromising the unit's cooling capabilities and placing undue strain on the fan mechanism. Body Gaps: Upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that there are multiple areas where the various components of the body fail to align seamlessly. These visible gaps suggest a lack of attention to detail during assembly, detracting from the product's overall aesthetic and functionality. Unclear Cutouts: The presence of residual plastic from the molding process serves as a clear indicator of oversight in quality control. These unfinished sections not only detract from the unit's visual appeal but also raise concerns about the thoroughness of the manufacturing process. Drain Hole Size and Fit: The undersized drain hole, coupled with signs of forced installation, underscores a lack of precision in manufacturing. This oversight not only compromises the product's functionality but also raises doubts about its long-term durability and reliability. Overall Quality Control: Collectively, these issues point to a broader failure in quality control measures. The lack of consistency and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process is disheartening, particularly considering the brand's reputation. Caster Wheels Absent: Surprisingly, the product lacks the caster wheels that were supposed to be included, according to its specifications. This omission proves to be a significant inconvenience, particularly given the substantial weight of the filled 100-liter water tank. The absence of wheels not only impedes mobility but also adds unnecessary difficulty to the user experience, highlighting a failure in fulfilling promised features. Concerns and Resolution: In light of these findings, there is a pressing need for Cropton to address these issues promptly and effectively. As a consumer, it is only reasonable to expect a certain standard of quality, and I am eager to see how the company intends to rectify these shortcomings and uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction.

Rating start 5 out of 5 because it's an amazing Air cooler. Like an AC feeling. Very chilled air flow and less noisy. Most recommend to buy it. Into this lower amount non other company or air cooler providing an functions. Humidity control and auto fill / drain option is also amazing. I am started using it into this summer season and from mumbai location. After exploring the air cooler and AC I am very happy to taken this Air cooler.

Best cooler for small family. Air quality is good, water capacity is also good as well as work fully functional. But money of this cooler is little high. You purchase this cooler and than feel it's quality.
