It runs just like its supposed to, quite, efficient and cold. We had an HVAC contractor install the system, but if I was to do it again I would install it myself and take my chances on not getting the warranty coverage because I didn't use a licensed contractor. the unit is inexpensive to buy and it cost us $1,800 for the contractor which was about twice the value of the work. I am a licensed building contractor, but not a licensed HVAC contractor, so I know the value of labor in the contracting business. As far as the system goes, it uses 8amps of power when it fires up, but soon drops down to 3-4 amps once cold. I highly recommend it if power cost is a big issue to you ?As a side note: My HVAC guy thought the system was made by Fijitsu or the same company that makes Fijitsu as the unit looks like, and has a lot of the same components as a Fijitsu.
