Yuzen Washi Paper 15x15cm Japanese Chiyogami Origami 80 Sheets Assortment

I've been looking for just this type of paper and most sets will have a samll portion of the paper have a fabric like feel, but all the sheets in these packs were. Each pattern is separated by a blank sheet, I'm guessing for protection. I am very pleased, will most likely be buying more once I've used these up.

This is very thin paper. About half of it I would call 'dividers' that go in between the patterned papers. These dividers both protect the patterned papers, and are very nice and thin enough for folding. If you want the best origami paper you can get for relatively cheap, this is it.

The paper is great, beautiful designs, great re-foldability...just feels elegant and makes models like butterflies, birds and flowers look wonderful whether folded well or a little bit less so. However, instead of 40 sheets, its really 20 sheets of great paper. The other 20 sheets are a solid pale color on both sides, thinner and do not have the same quality as the patterned papers - they feel like ordinary cheap origami paper. , I feel a bit scammed by the packaging - promising 40 but only delivering 20. I would advise to look for more honest manufacturers.

Although I LOVED the variety of the patterns, I was disappointed that only half the 80-sheet pack was patterned paper. The solid-color sheets between each print were thinner, and the colors were rather plain, not something I would normally use for my origami creations. With this quality of patterned paper, which I used to make Christmas ornaments, I thought I was getting a real bargain. $20 is quite pricey for only 40 sheets.

I bought these for and Easter craft and love the designs. Such beautiful colors and patterns.

Based on the images, I thought I was getting a pack of vibrant, patterned origami. But it’s really a mix, some patterned sheets and some very thin solid sheets. I see the written description notes that, but I only looked at the photos, boo.

This is a beautiful paper. It is on the thicker side of origami paper but holds folds well and is soft on the hands.

Thick, but not too thick. Folds like a dream! I was only going to fold a few, but couldn’t stop because they worked so well!
