Very good value + good top product. Be wary of brands that add unnecessary chemicals, preservatives and junk to pills. Magnesium Malate is a miracle vitamin. I've taken intermittently for years. Read about it - Very effective for MANY illnesses + conditions. I only buy Malate type of Magnesium, very tolerable (no GI side effects) and absorption very effective. Malate found in apples- "An apple a day keeps the Dr. away" lol . But u would probably need to eat 20 apples to get same amount of malate (I need to calculate- just guessing at moment. Great value, compared to others same dose. Highly recommended. Only problem is pills huge + hard to swallow (400mg dose=2 pills)- But big pills common to all Magnesium brands. If you can afford try to buy in liquid, usually 2-3x the price.

The company has been in business since 1932, and its track record seems pretty good! Bottle says to take two a day, but I mix it up each day and take several different kinds of magnesium during the week, since the different types do different things. No more leg cramps, great focus, lots of benefits. The only issue some might have is that they're quite large. Check out the picture I posted and note how big they are in comparison to my ring and fingers.

This product has changed my life. I can't handle the drowsiness that glycinate gives me but my magnesium levels were struggling... until I found this one! I take one every morning and it completely changed the ability to fall asleep in the evening. I don't know the science behind it but it worked for me. It's not like melatonin so don't treat it as such. It's just a supplement that has helped me.

Been using this product for a long time. It is a good product but getting too expensive. Might be worth looking for a more reasonably priced product.

I rarely write reviews on supplements since it usually takes time to notice any results. But this one deserves it. I’m currently pregnant and was dealing with frequent, painful leg cramps several times a week. My doctor first suggested drinking more water, which didn’t help much. Then she recommended trying magnesium malate. I chose this brand, and since starting it, I haven’t had a single leg cramp! I’m honestly so impressed and highly recommend this supplement to anyone struggling with leg cramps like I was.

Even if this product is cheap, you should never buy it. I suspect that this is some kind of price fraud. I've tried several magnesium products from several companies, and in short, I can confidently say this is just the worst of the worst. Most magnesium products have a rather large number of capsules or tablets, in daily doses. This is frankly dissatisfying, but there is nothing I can do about it. So I opted for a small serving size product, and it was also very cheap. The problem arose because of this. It was also my mistake to order several bottles of this product at once. Because it was meant to be given as a gift to others. It's okay if the price is too cheap. However, for a product it is very messy. First of all, I can't help but feel the following suspicious points about this product. 1. The tablet is too large. Even adults, a person with a small esophagus will never be able to swallow properly and completely into the stomach. 2. The tablet was so large that I broke one tablet into two parts. At that time, it was an unknown sticky substance, but now the dried substance fell apart. what substance is this? 3. I broke it and swallowed it with water, but it did not go down easily through the esophagus. The uncomfortable feeling when it goes down the esophagus is really terrible. 4. There are two things I want to ask the manufacturer of this product. Maybe it's made from magnesium material for animals as it's cheap? Also, is this made with pure American ingredients? Or is the material imported from China?
