You need the ELS 34 and ELS 35 for just the clips to attach the magazine case to the leg rig. This will fit any Safariland holster with the three screw configuration. It's also combatible with the safariland QLS (quick locking system).

The Safariland 6378 holster will work with this setup. As long as you already have the three screws on the inside of your current holster, you do not need any additional hardware. Not totally certain what you're asking? I'm a Cop so I purchased this with a QLS kit for my duty weapon. If you're using the thigh rig for a handgun that you'd like to take off and on with ease then, yes, you'll need to have a QLS kit to attach your holster to.
