I've been using these cushioned insoles for a couple of years now. I work on concrete floors for at least 8 hours a day. While they don't perform miracles for my chronic foot pain, they do help tremendously. The caveat is that I replace them monthly. Luckily they're pretty affordable, and I think $10 per month is worth keeping my feet happier. For further context, I'm a relatively light weight person, and the more firm insoles on the market do not have much bounce or flex for me. I simply do not weigh enough and they feel like standing on a hard block with no give. These super soft insoles tend to relieve that stress much more effectively. If I were a more substantial individual, these would likely compress too much and feel useless. I'd say if you're looking for pain relief for your feet and this is as good an insole as any other. Just know that you need to maintain by replacing regularly.

They were a little longer than I expected but were easy to trim. I have worn them a few days and they feel good and have eased impact on hip/back.

These are great for my son who gets foot and heel pain from tight ligaments and low arch that increased after wearing a boot for inslin’s disease after a sports injury to his foot.

I usual get shoes 1 inch larger than my feet (breathing room for my toes); so I had no problems fitting the insoles. I bought these insoles for comfort more than height. And they are quite comfortable, cushioning my feet at the beginning. But After about 3 months (slightly over 100 miles of walking in my case), I feel it has lost most of its bounce/softness. I walk slightly over 3 miles a day. I don’t have any layer-separation problems that’s described in some other reviews.

Excellent for the price! Was not looking for a height boost so can't comment on that. I tend to walk on and apply a lot of pressure to my heels, at least that's what the machine at the New Balance store says. The problem is their recommended memory foam insoles are $70! I reluctantly bought a replacement pair but knew it wasn't going to work out as a long term solution at 70 dollars a pair. So I found these, and honestly I can't tell the difference between these and the high dollar New Balance insoles. I've already bought multiple pairs for other shoes and they're all good. Comfortable, easy to trim and the price is right!

MEETS MY NEEDS

I recently started my new job and it requires a lot of walking and moving around. After a week my feet were killing me and I heard getting insoles helps relieve some of the discomfort. Within the first use I already felt a major difference after a long day. Little to no discomfort AT ALL. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable option like this!

Hi I am a size 11 mens and ordered a medium. Their product description says that a large should fit for a size 11 but my medium insole was too long for my shoe. Shoe sizes are completely standardized in the US. Complete waist of money had to buy a different insole from a different brand the same day these were delivered.

Se sienten muy gruesas y de buena calidad, las usé para un zapato que me quedó grande y cumplió su propósito. Son muy anchas por lo que si eres, como Yo, de pie delgado no cabe bien en los zapatos pero se arregla cortandolo a la medida.

Muy cómodas, y de buena calidad, en efecto si buscas ganar altura no es buena opción. Las compré por un calzado que me quedo grande y me funciono bien y después las puse en otro calzado y me encanto la comodidad que ordene 2 pares más.
