XCM Chrome Shell w/Green buttons & LED's

Absolutely unsatisfied with the product and their service!! I received my XCM chrome controller shell with missing parts. The parts that I needed most (a "new and improved D-pad"). I asked them nicely to send me the missing parts and they wouldn't do it and said I had to send back for a full refund. So now I have to box it up, drive all the way to the post office, pay to send it and wait days to get a refund. Then I have to order another one and wait days to receive a new shell. All this will take about 2 weeks before I can get my controller up and running all because they failed to make sure all the parts were in the package. I expected fast service and to have my controller all done within less than a week. Very poor customer service

This product is horrible. I bought for my son and it broke when he screwed the casing on. This is a bad quality product and I am very displeased
