Great pain/sleep combo!!
So I have been taking acetaminophen for years, for pain. The brand prescribed by my physician does the pain relief job, but need a little help sleeping most nights. My adult daughter suggested that I take one of her Tylenol PM, so I did. WOW 😲, I had the BEST sleep that night; the best I've had in many years. And I wasn't dragging in the morning! My conundrum is telling my Doc, because they like to prescribe sleep aids. No thank you sir. The price is right and I awoke pain free, with one tablet. I highly recommend.

I use Tylenol PM every night! It helps me sleep through the night I used to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep! I don’t take it if I have any early appointments though. It does make me a little groggy when I first wake up. But within an hour I’m good to go for the day. No daytime tiredness! Amazon pricing is better than grocery or drugstore prices You can also subscribe and save and set your own time for what date you want delivery!

It Does The Job Good Enough
I used to struggle a lot to sleep at nights. Most nights I would wake multiple times, and I wouldn't get more than 2-4 hours of sleep for the entire night. Sometimes I would wake and unable to fall back to sleep. Now, sometimes I would wake probably once or twice, but fall back asleep again easily. It's not perfect for me since I've struggled for years from sleep deprivation, but it helps me enough to get a decent enough night's rest, so I would definitely recommend this product.
