The packaging was not the best I almost thought that I did not get the product I ordered the actual rollers wer vacuum sealed which is great but the box it came in was opened. The stick part where you hold the jade roller broke in half while I was rolling it on my face. No wonder they give you two! As soon as that one broke, I pulled out the second one and saw that the jade roller part had unhooked from the wire :(. I can still use the first one that broke I guess because at least the roller is still attached...Don't buy it.
