Easy installation. Saved 450.00 labor
The zone valve powerhead from Honeywell worked perfectly and replaced the current one I had. I also purchased the motorized zone actuator separately and installed it. You’ll be able to see my video anyone could do this if you’re handy this includes handy ladies you will save hundreds of dollars in labor.

Great Repair Kit
I don't know why they label it a "conversion kit". It is obviously a repair kit. It perfectly replaces the original valve in the Honeywell zone valve. I comes with 4 new screws and an o-ring. I installed the original valve >30 years ago and it lasted all this time. I expect the repair kit to last a long time too.

No heat? This may be all you need.
When your zone valve doesn't work this is often all you need. What happens is the pivot gets stuck and the valve won't open or close even though the motor is working just fine. Remove the controller, make sure the water is turned off and associated valves are closed, and remove this valve with only 4 screws. The valve is easy to replace and even comes with a new "O" Ring. Tighten everything down and turn the water back on (don't forget to replace the O ring). No torches or solder needed. Now, try turning the old valve by hand and you'll probably find it's stuck. Don't try to unstick and replace the old valve as it will fail shortly after you reinstall it. I'm not a plumber, but this part has fixed my heat on several occasions, can't hurt and is way cheaper than calling a plumber.

Got my three-port valve working again.

Not much to say. fit in place of the old unit. easy piece to change. Good idea to have a spare near the boiler.

Just what I was looking for, only word of warning my original valve was fitted with brass retaining screws, very easy too break on an old fitting. Got new screw and was able to remove sheared screw from old valve body, very lucky on this occasion.

This piece resolved an issue I've had with my valves allowing water to flow even when they should be closed. Replacement was pretty straightforward compared to replacing the whole assembly and a fraction of the price.

Only getting 1-2 years lifespan out of these. It might be the quality of water in my system not 100% sure.
