A: Yes, ..well when i connected to my phone and pushed the lil tab on earpiece to activate ,,,my phone lit up and asked if i wanted to use google or alexa ..i chose alexa..so check your options on whatever your connected to and choose alexa

A: I just use the keypad on my phone just like making any other call.
