These two toys are AWESOME! the quality is a bit low on the mechanics but worth the price I paid. My nephew is only 3 so of course he wasn’t really able to appreciate the mevanocs of the excavator. It broke about 2 weeks later but the arm still works lol. He LOVES both of these toys and “loads” kinetic sand in the dump truck after “scooping” it up with the excavator! Imagination takes the lead. I would just recommend ages 5 and up! Have fun!!!

Hi, Excavator is cool looking but had some quality issues on arrival. Dump truck is cool and is working great. The sturdiness of them isn’t high enough for rough play, like being dropped or thrown as toddlers like to do would likely snap parts. You would likely destroy the toy if used in a sand pit. But They are durable enough for other normal play. On my excavator, the plastic pneumatic tube at the end of the boom on the excavator fell off while unpacking it. It looks like the clip at the end is too wide and doesn’t clip. Cool toy but disappointed in the quality control.

My twins are a little rough at 21 months with toys. Like everything we had little expectation of these two toys lasting. To my surprise they love them, play with them relatively hard and they have held up so far (30+ days). The dump truck was a surprise as I did not realize it has a push gear that makes the truck move when pushed. I was also worried about small parts but it is not an issue, the toys are kind of built well and with that in mind. Not a Tonka durable toy but really a solid buy for the money and continued joy from the kids playing with these.

The excavator and dump truck set looks fine and is entertaining for kids, and my child enjoyed playing with it. However, the overall quality is fairly average. The plastic feels quite cheap and lightweight, and the build doesn’t seem very sturdy. It’s okay for casual play if you don’t expect much in terms of durability, but the value for the price is just average.

I liked that you got two toys for the price of one. They looked more durable and sturdy than they were. I bought them as a gift for my two year old grandson for Christmas and he loved them. I had bought him the big Tonka truck for his birthday on 12-01 of this year and he loved it so I thought well I can get two for price of one. But I was told today that the bucket had broke off the excavator and that the truck was bowing in the middle so bad that only two wheels touch the ground. I’m pretty dissapointed they only lasted him two days. So I guess u can call me sad mamaw Lisa
