Great lock, with the ability to add multiple entry codes. I'm very happy with this door handle's sturdy feel and contemporary good looks. It is relatively easy to install, but it is a bit troublesome to drill another hole on the door. Of course, the door lock is installed more firmly. It is easy to set a password to open the door, and it is very convenient to open the door with a IC card and a remote control. Anyway, I like this lock.

Placed lock on my workshop. Worked great the first week. After light use the screws that hold it together at the bottom started to strip and lock became very loose and quit working

The item is exactly as described. Installation instructions are stated on the packaging. For amateur DIY enthusiasts, it is relatively easy. Product works great. Setting up a passcode and adding a proximity card is still easy. The front and rear lock bodies are all made of metal, and the lock body is very firm, safe and reliable. Overall, I like this lock.

I’ve been searching all over amazon for the right lock for our medical office for months. Finally decided to go with this one after emailing back and forth with their customer service rep to go over what we wanted out of a lock and how the features of this one could fit our needs. First before jumping into how good the product is, I just want to give a shoutout to James from Colosus who was so attentive to what we wanted and would even ask us follow up questions that made us realize we needed to approach this purchase as more of buying a system and not just a lock. Here is what sold us on this product: 1. The ability to connect all NDL302 locks with key fob/code 2. Open mode which keeps our front door open during business hours for our patients 3. Remote control which allows our receptionist to unlock the door for patients to come to the back right from her seat. 4. Key fobs for our doctors and codes for our other employees 5. The best 1-on-1 customer service reps that attend to you and follow up with you to make sure that everything is running smooth. If you’re looking for a digital lock system for an office, I would highly recommend talking to James from Colosus or just email or call them to see if this lock is right for your needs. I just wish they also had a team that would come install this because that would be the complete package.

It's been less than 2 years since I installed this lock. Now the outside handle will only operate if you lift it up instead of being able to push it down. Maybe is needs greased or something...

Purchased for the RF tag function. Lock is made for a standard home or business door that has a larger width and setback. Problem is lock ships with a 60mm latch not adjustable when standard door people buy this for required a 70mm latch. Not only I couldn’t install but now had to order the correct latch. Nowhere does it tell you that purching the lock set. Can’t recommend. Finally received longer latch after first order got lost in mail. Installed today without much trouble. Do not like that if you set the lock to be normally unlocked as normally you would have on a inside garage door during the day, there is no way to lock from inside without using the remote. Worse yet there is no way to tell the door is locked from the inside without opening the door and checking from the outside. For my application I wouldn’t buy again.

The key fobs and clicker work but there is a delay before they work. Is not a very good fit for a lot of use.

all my customers are satisfied and the manual is so easy to understand on programing, I do lot of rekeying locks at my work also outside work so this is so easy for me. the best thing with this is with remote and card no need wifi and comes wit regular keys
