Had taken in immergency and brought it from Amazon and was really confused if its going to work or no, but to my surprise its working 100% super like charm.Auto detected in Windows 10/ 11 Laptops and Desktop PCs.and Also detecting Out of India (residence cards) as well as read all smart cards.I am totally satisfied and a happy customer :-)

للاسف الجهاز لا يعمل جربته امس اول مره بتاريخ١٢/٧/٢٠٢٦ لم اجربه لمن اخذت الحهاز بسبب كان لا يوجد نظام للتشغيل بعد تجهيز النظام نتفاجا الجهاز لا يعملوحصلت وقت الاسترجاع خلصانتهت الفترة المتاحة للإرجاع يوم 23 يونيو 2026تم التوصيل في 8 يونيو اتمني تبدلوا لي الجهاز

Nachtrag: Problem gelöst1. Gerät anschließen2. Karte einstecken3. Citrix startendann scheint es zu funktionieren. Anders wird das Gerät mit Karte über diese Software sonst nicht anerkannt.Das Gerät macht einen guten und stabilen Eindruck, steht gut und findet so seinen festen Platz auf den Schreibtisch. Ich finde dies persönlich besser, als diese flachen Kartenlesegeräte die teilweise sehr billig wirken. Kann das Produkt nur empfehlen, wer nicht immer seine Tastatur aus dem Büro mitschleppen will, um die dDk im Homeoffice nutzen zu können.Problemdarstellung:Ich wollte es fürs Homeoffice nutzen, um verschlüsselte Emails zu lesen und Dokumente zu signieren. Wir nutzen Citrix im Homeoffice. Beim ersten Mal anschließen funktionierte das Gerät und entschlüsselte eine Email, diese Erfahrung habe ich bereits mit einem anderen Gerät gemacht. Nach kurzer Zeit jedoch, wird das Gerät nicht mehr in Citrix anerkannt.

one of the better card readers I have used
I received this smart card reader earlier than expected, and when I went to use it the first time, I had no issues using it and setting it up. Well there really isnt much to do as far as setting up. Its pretty much a plug and play setup. There are options for downloading add on software that you can use to test your reader to make sure its working properly, but for the most part you just need to plug it in to your computer and start reading smart cards or writing data to cards. This reader/writer works with pretty much all JCOP cards and has alot of supporting information on their site. I would prefer to use this reader over its other version thats a little more portable but I dont think the other version is as accurate or reads as fast as the OMNIkey. I have been using this reader on a regular bases and it has been working perfectly with now issues. it evens displays information from cards that I didnt know it even could read. So I suggest investing in the reader if you are getting into carding or if you just want to see what these readers are all about, you can learn alot from just messing around with it and seeing what kind of information you can pull from different cards and chips

The only option for an NHS smart card. Works well with Mac.
Overall a trustworthy option. Light, easy to use, compatible with Mac.
