### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works and I'm able to read older Floppy diskettes. Literally Perfect!

I was concerned that the drive wasn't going to read/write properly, and I've come to find that it works perfectly! Especially for moving data from Windows 10 to Windows 98 which was what I needed.Keep in mind the drive won't automatically start reading the diskette when it's inserted like a CD/DVD Drive would. You'll need to navigate into the floppy drive on your computer for it to start reading it. (Don't freak out if you notice this, this is normal for all floppy drives)

Needed to transfer photos off old mavica camera. This thing is not worth the hassle! While it is a simple plug and play usb protocol, the product is so poorly contructed as to make it unusable. Wouldn't even read brand new disks half the time. While it would occasionally read older disks, it only recognized half of the files. Impossible to copy files from disk.

This drive seems to work well with Mac OS X. However, I soon realized how slow floppy technology is compared to today’s r/w speeds and abandoned my project.
