It's your basic sleeve.
Basic tie rod adjuster sleeve. I bought these to beef them up after breaking mine off roading.

You won’t thread my v8 ford tie rods. Cheap product. Save time and spend a few bucks more

Impossible to thread anything into. I had to cut the bolt off the old one and reuse it. Would not recommend.

Not mevotech
Mevotech ech is a second tier supplier to begin with, but this thing is advertised as genuine Mevotech and made in the USA. Well, it's generic Chinese junk made in China. Just a little fraud.

Incorrectly Machined Junk
The sleeved are machined crooked so the tierod ends can only go in about half way and crroked as hell. I had to just toss them and buy new ones.
