Great supplement for calming and relaxing!
I bought this because I know how great this ashawanda is to relax your body and I’m going through a lot of health issues and my nervous system is off because of it and when I take this, it seems to calm everything down. This is a great natural alternative to calm your system rather than taking a medicine that could hurt your liver. I really love this and will purchase again.

Doesn't seem quite right....
I was extremely disappointed to receive what appears to be a used bottle with a plastic "safety" seal put on. Product looks nothing like what is advertised, which is a FULL bottle of pills. I didn't feel comfortable opening it, let alone ingesting these supplements. I am surprised because I have used a different supplement from this company for a few years and never received anything looking like this! Also, this was advertised as a 60 day supply but when I read the bottle it says to take 2 pills daily, making it a 30 day supply. I was issued a refund and am happy with that, just wanted to share this review. Be safe!

I love that these capsules are organic. I wish a serving was only 1 capsule instead of two. They are an okay size to swallow easily. I take them at bedtime and have noticed better sleep. I hope to see more results with continued use.
