Versatile and value for money
We bought the same blender second time, first time it was gifted to us and we used it for years. The motor is silent, we have a Philips blender as well with an extremely noisy motor. Boss is an unknown brand buyt they have been maling hand blenders for many years. This one can be used for makin shakes, extracting butter, chopping vegetables and making chutneys

DO NOT buy Boss Products in Chennai - no service available
Product stops working in 6 months time. If you buy in Chennai, you will not get product support here and will be asked to courier it back to factory for resolution. Why does consumer needs to courier back to another place for availing warranty

Switch problem and defective product received
I used boss hand mixer earlier too, but the switch had a 2-speed setting and didn't had to keep it press continuously. This one is not the same and I can't even return it. The switch looks same but working is different. There should have been a return option for the product. Apart from that the product is good.
