Hi me size 10 in some shoes 9 in others would these be okay for Someone with 4 toes?

Sorry I can’t say for sure. I take size 11ams these fit well and I find them very comfortable. They are hard wearing everyday workaday foot wear. I consider them good value and have repurchased them several times…O hope this helps

What does it mean when it says size small is it 5-9 or 6-12 or is it something else

It looks like it's One Size, meaning sizes 6-11, it's been a while since I last bought these but if it states they are men's socks (not boys socks) then I would go with the sizing as being between 6-11.
