Wonderful taste
This is a great cooking and eating oil. It has a very mild sweet taste and I love that it helps with inflammation. I use it for cooking and as a topping for salads and pasta. I really love it and this is my second purchase and will continue to buy. Versatile and great addition or substitute for any vegetable or olive oil.

My new go-to cooking oil
Finally, a cooking oil I can use most anytime that doesn't have the strong flavor (and low smoke point) of EVOO or the smell of coconut oil. I use both, still, but use them more selectively, favoring this oil instead, especially for cooking. I now use EVOO more as a dressing. Grateful to have heard about this oil in "Glow 15" and other sources. Give it a try!

Perfect for any application requiring oil. Mild taste.
Bought this product as part of Glow15, a program I started three weeks ago. I love this oil! I use it for everything I cook which requires oil. You can heat it higher than other oils. I have made dressings with it. Never even heard of it before but I am happy to have it and will continue using it!

Versatile high heat oil
This oil is healthy, neutral and works well in raw dishes (salad, sauces) as well as in high heat dishes (roasted veggies, stir fry). I will definitely be ordering more and although I still use olive oil when I want the olive flavor, I prefer this Tea Seed oil now, especially for cooking.

Bought a dozen bottles so far, no problems
My wife is Chinese; she has me buy this for her and her sister. I've bought 4 or 5 times, 3 bottles each time of the extra virgin. Between us, we've used at least a dozen bottles so far, and each one has been good. They come well packaged. My wife mostly uses it for eating with Chinese bread, etc, instead of butter. I don't know if she actually cooks with it or not. The only negative is it just went up $10 for the 3 bottles. I use subscribe and save, and it's now $50 for 3.

Delicious and healthy--if you can get the lid to open
It tastes delicious--if you can ever get the bottle to open. The lid does not twist open as it is designed to. You have to use a knife and try to cut the metal lid into 2 pieces. You can easily cut your fingers in the process. So take it slow and give yourself a good 10 minutes to wrestle with it. Don't try to do it in the middle of cooking. Once it's open, you can enjoy good quality oil that is more delicious and heat resistant than olive oil, and that is just as healthy. Use it sparingly, so you don't have to open another bottle soon. I love the taste. I just don't like opening it.

Excellent Product!
This is great cooking oil, especially for high-heat when I don't want a coconut taste in the dish. It's rather expensive, so I reserve it for those Western/Mediterranean/American dishes that need higher heat than olive oil will tolerate.
