As an avid golfer, I recently purchased a golf battery from Golf Battery with high hopes of improving my game. However, my experience with their product and customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated.First and foremost, the golf battery's performance was abysmal. It failed to last more than 10 holes, forcing me to constantly worry about whether it would die in the middle of my round. This severely impacted my overall enjoyment and hindered my ability to concentrate on my game. Considering the premium price I paid for the battery, I expected far better longevity.Furthermore, my attempts to address this issue with Golf Battery's customer service were met with sheer disappointment. They provided no return service, leaving me stuck with a faulty product that did not meet their advertised claims. Their lack of assistance and unwillingness to resolve the issue genuinely surprised me and left a bitter taste in my mouth.To add insult to injury, their response time was incredibly slow, if nonexistent. I attempted to resolve with Danielle through the provided email address ([email protected]), but received no response positive whatsoever complete disregard. This kind of apathy towards their customers is unacceptable and tarnishes their reputation as a reliable golf product supplier.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing a golf battery from Golf Battery. The battery's extremely limited lifespan, nonexistent return service, and abhorrent customer service make it a regrettable investment. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternative options elsewhere. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for potential buyers, encouraging them to make an informed choice and avoid the disappointing experience I had with Golf Battery.

Their batteries are good quality it was no trouble in the ten years. There delivery was prompt so that is all that needs to be said 👍
