Do the eggs have little holes on top or bottom of egg to ventilation of humidity?

The eggs have tiny holes like most common plastic eggs. The little squishys came individually wrapped in plastic bags and then you have to unwrap and fill each egg. Humidity might be an issue depending on how long they're in the bags.

Does this come with prizes to put in the eggs?

No, just empty Eggs you can fill on your own. I was able to fill with 3 miniature Hershey Kisses (Just to give you a size).
