Ergonomic Rocking Footrest

Just received mine today and after 10 minutes of use, I am making this review because of how great this is! I wasn't expecting much for a footrest and figured it would be like any other one. Right off the bat the things I noticed were the quality of the product. The sturdy thick wood, the nice grip tape, the rubber on the bottom so it doesn't slide and trying out the balance while standing was really cool! I'm 220lbs and stood right in the middle of the board and bounced a little just to test it and the board did not move at all. When sitting at my desk, I immediately felt a difference of comfort, and it was really nice that the rubber holds it in place so I can actually push and pull myself in/out while in my desk chair. At work the desk I have is a little higher than what is ideal, plus I have a standing desk platform that is on top so it makes it even a little higher. For me to stay ergonomically friendly while sitting, I need to have my chair the whole way up which was very uncomfortable having my feet almost hanging lol. This solved that problem and now I can sit comfortably and be in alignment! I also love the fact that I can do a little stretching and balancing while standing. I could see this being used for some quick exercises if you were at home working but I'm pretty sure I might get some weird looks if I do that here :) Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend!!!

I admit, I have only been using this for two hours, but for myself it is a perfect fit. My office chair is at the lowest setting and whole my feet touched the floor flat I had pressure on thighs, and my lower back was not aligned well. The lift this footrest gives and the rocking bottom is such a relief. The footrest is very sturdy and well made, there was no assembly nor odor. So happy I ordered this.

This is very well made, and did not slip on the office carpet. Worked well, but I've realized I'm more of a fixed footrest kind of person :) I took it down one star just because it is also about 3/4 to 1 inch too low. Mind you, my chair is a bit higher than may be common. Anyway, I appreciate the company offering options and will try another style.

As a 33 year old gamer with a standing desk, this thing is a legitimately useful tool. I started resistance workouts 2 years ago after I realized that my back / muscle health was going to be very unhealthy for me as the years passed. I have a standing desk, but I struggled to use it. My chair was always the more comfortable option. Originally I was using this thing as a value foot rest while I had my chair sitting a little higher. (Good for the shoulders and back. If a sturdy, comfortable foot rest is what you're looking for, this thing is a great value. No assembly required. Fast forward 4 months later... I'm finding relief in stretches, strength training, and the regular stand at my desk. This thing helps me stretch my hamstrings, calves, and ankles. The thing NEVER slips and I have grown to trust it to the point of doing balanced pistol squats on this board. Now, for anyone who has ADD like me: I have realized that this thing helps me stay standing at my desk longer than my standard standing mat. At least, it's a balance fidget toy. At best, it's a calf stretching, yoga stretching stim toy. My back is so much happier now that I'm standing 50% of the time. This thing is sturdy as heck.

I was hesitant to purchase this item as there are different ones that are a few dollars less. However, it has been very sturdy, easy to clean, and good quality. I'm glad I listened to the good reviews. Would purchase it again. No need to assemble and it came packed very well and ready to use.

This product is a game changer for anyone who enjoys standing while they work. I have used this item for over a month and noticed ankles and calf strength plus improved posture. I can work a full work day standing now with sitting on my breaks & lunch.

This item certainly stands out among the typical foot rests, not only in terms of form and function, but in its price as well. As such, you probably didn't search for it specifically, but let me suggest that this is a product you didn't know you wanted. Out of the box, the wood has a smooth finish all around. The Grippy portions on the bottom are secured by adhesive and secured even further by screws at each end. It's easily wider than most foam foot rests you can find, though not by a huge amount. Overall, the build quality inspires confidence. As for function, the rocking is clearly the point of interest. Fortunately, it rocks very smoothly and never moves when you don't want it to. The grippy surface on top feels great on bare feet and does its job well. In comparison to foam foot rests, you won't have to worry about washing it; you won't have to worry about heat; it's surprisingly very comfortable to sit on (cross-legged on the floor); it's much easier to reposition it using your feet (since you can just hook your feet right under it); and it's definitely much better suited for those, like myself, who feel they have restless feet. As for my personal experience, I find that I can focus better and be less fatigued when sitting for hours at a time at my desk. A foot rest is probably something you'd use everyday. If you ask me, you should spend that little bit extra to get something like this which will last longer and is much more versatile than the rest.

The surface is a bit like coarse but not sharp sand paper - so dont wear fluffy socks:P Overall - this is really well made and sturdy. Since using it i can feel that my calf muscles are actually more in condition now and the rocking movement becomes a natural part of sitting at the computer. I thought it was a bit expensive at first but I think the benefits outweigh that.

Von mir es eine klare Kaufempfehlung für dieses Board! Nach mehreren Wochen Testphase kann ich nur sagen - es ist einfach toll!! Super geeignet als Füßstütze unter dem Schreibtisch oder auch als Balance Board stehend vor dem Schreibtisch, das verbinde ich dann gleich mit kleinen Dehnübungen meiner Beine/Waden :-) Die Verarbeitung ist top, keinerlei Mängel festzustellen. Auch meine Kollegen wollten sich draufstellen und fanden es prima.
