It's recommended to use just a pea size amount which I add a little water to make it easier to apply and I just scrunch it in. I would imagine you could do the same with the Conditioner in the bottle. Just a pea size amount. If you use too much as a leave in conditioner your hair will feel heavy and look greasy. **Q: Is this a leave in conditioner or rinse out.
