I have fair-medium skin (lights colors usually don't work on me, but without a tan some mediums can be too dark), blonde hair, and the Neutral is perfect. I apply with a beauty blender....I do see how this might streak with a brush or a sponge if you aren't dabbing, and then it wouldn't have the same effect, but with a beauty blender it blends perfectly.

Love this. Especially for the price. Great light coverage, can barely feel it on my skin, but it brightens and blurs pores and lines. Perfect for day-wear and at work, where I'd like a little help but don't want full-coverage or a full face of makeup.
