Best Vitamin
These are my go to must have vitamin in my morning lineup. I feel like these are the only thing that keep me on a normal bathroom schedule and from feeling bloated all the time. What's even better is that the gummy actually tastes good and are a soft chewy texture, not a rubber gummy like others I have tried.

Gut Health!!!
I love taken this supplement everyday. A woman of my age, it helps with my gut health and I can feel this difference. The supplement is not chalky and it does not have am unbearable taste.

I love this brand but the gummies were always stuck together. I should have known that. I will order something different from Align just not in a gummy form.

Great dualbiotic
This definitely helped my gut and avoided a yeast infection while I was on an antibiotic TWICE in a row. I often get a yeast infection after antibiotics, and I’m a few weeks post antibiotics and I am clear! My BMs also stayed regular while on antibiotic. And it’s yummy, tastes like cranberry!

Funky taste
They have a funky taste that reminds me of omega supplements (a mildly fishy taste) no aftertaste but they are not "yummy" by any means, and for me, if I'm getting a "gummy" supplement I expect it to taste good otherwise I'll just take a capsule or other format and save the calories LOL. Also, I have been rather gassy lately and the timing seems to be around when I started taking these but I can't say for sure that they caused it - I guess I'll find out when I run out and stop taking them. I won't be buying this again.
