I'll admit I roll my eyes when people review an item they haven't used yet but... here I go. We got this for my daughter's bathroom and have to wait for the countertops to come. But when I showed it to my husband, he said "did that cost a fortune" -- because it is heavy and feels and looks very solid. I told him NO! It was a great price. If we run into any issues with installation or use, I'll update this but if you are worried it will be flimsy or cheap looking/feeling, it is not.

We installed 3 of these in our home and we love the look of them and they were very easy to install. Time will tell how they hold up, but they are heavy and nice quality for the money

Great value and looks good. Water does collect on the top part of the flat surface area though. Minus 1 star because it can be loud when the faucet isn’t turned on all the way. Great customer service though!

I purchased this faucet for an empty room, I turned into a Master Bathroom. I ordered it last July, but just got to the point of installing the vanity and the Faucet for it. The faucet was leaking and I couldn't get it to stop, so the Product Support team figured out the solution and within a day had my aerator and gaskets, with the tool to fix it and it's up and running. That's a Great Company to have such Great Support Staff, who understand and fix a problem with their product and QUICK. Thank you

Sleek, modern, classy look. Only a light touch is needed to operate. Nice strong water flow and no dripping. I don’t know about ease of installation but our contractor had it installed in a matter of minutes. Love it!

THESE FAUCETS RUST. I purchased three of these faucets to install in two different bathrooms. Two faucets were installed in a master bathroom that has plenty of air circulation and is a large bathroom, so it rarely gets steamed up. In less than three months, both faucets have signs of rust. I contacted the seller to let them know this was an issue. The third faucet has not been installed, but as you can see, I am not interested in using it since it will be in a smaller bathroom with lots of potential to steam up and the faucet will defiantly rust. The sellers asked if I perhaps lived in a coastal climate, where there was more moisture in the air. I did not see in their description, RUST FREE EXCEPT IF YOU LIVE IN A COASTAL CLIMATE. I was also told by the sellers to just use a little toothpaste and steel wool and all will be fine. This is not what should happen with stainless steel. Not a great product and the sellers do not stand by it. Just expect you to clean it. DO NOT PURCHASE. If this were a good quality item. Stainless steel should not rust. DO NOT PURCHASE this faucet.

Very easy to use and most impressed that it's marked with hot and cold .....perfect for first thing in the morning when you're not thinking too straight! Very sleek and well made. Very easy to install even for a 60 year young lady with little plumbing experience!

Very happy with these faucets (purchased 2 for a double vanity). Nicely designed and very good, solid quality....NOTE: MAKE SURE to tighten the attached supply lines to the body of the faucet before installation!! I found out the hard way after assuming the connections were ready to go...on hooking up the water supply and turning it on, one of the lines fell off and water was everywhere!! No fault at all for the faucets but my own stupidity...Once that problem was fixed, no issues at all and function perfectly and look fabulous when compared to chrome. Less than half of the price here than similar units at the big box stores so a no-brainer!!

Ended up installing this tap both into my house and my office. You can install it super easy and quickly to most surfaces, you'll need a wrench and a screw driver and it should take maybe five minutes. Best thing is, comparatively to home depot in my city, these were over 50% cheaper then what they carry (of course, that could be a test of time). Product seems to be well made, and shipping was as promised.

Great quality faucet, easy to install, everything suggests that the manufacturer cares about the quality and customer satisfaction. 4 stars are given to attract manufacturer's attention to one area that needs to be improved. The angle of the water distributing spout needs to be adjusted. Right now the water flows too closely to the side of the sink where the faucet is installed. Not a big deal, but this is one thing that could be improved to make this a 5 star product.
