Works great! Good way to preserve rubber products like tires, motor mounts. My boat trailer tires are exposed to sun, ozone, and dry rot quick, I apply this to my tires every couple months and they still look brand new. Many people are unaware you shouldn't use petroleum products on rubber, this stuff works great, goes a long way too

Love what it does and it does it well but it doesn't go for long and needs a bigger can for the same price

does what it is suppose to do, second year using this keeps all rubber seals from cracking and drying out. Higky recommend this item if you have a camper. will save you money in the long run and very easy to apply

Good conditioner for my wheels on my river. A can lasted a while.

We use this product to refresh all our seals around our RV, it keeps the seals soft and helps the slide of our RV go in and out smoothly.

I use this to condition the door seals on my truck and to prevent the doors from freezing shut when it snows. My truck is an Avalanche which has a three piece bed cover. The seals were leaking a little when I bought the truck. Now, after applying 3-in-one, I don't have any leaks even months after application. Since the seals are no longer available, this stuff is invaluable.. It doesn't make the rubber shiny or greasy. I like it!

Quite pricey, I'm pretty sure you can't get this in the UK and given the delivery time of 2 weeks I expect it came from the US, which would explain the cost. Having said that it does the job, I've used this on the hoses, boots and gaiters on the underneath of my car, they now look clean and fresh. Would probably be good on plastics too.

If you have an RV with slides, you need this.
