I've tried a few different ashwagandha supplements, but this one stands out from the rest. The calming effect is apparent without making me feel drowsy or disoriented, and I've seen a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality on nights I take it. It's also helped level out my energy during the day, and I don't crash in the afternoon the way I used to. The size of the bottle is perfect for travel or keeping in my nightstand drawer, and the dropper makes it super easy to use. I appreciate that it's alcohol-free too, although that doesn't help with the taste :-) It's still a strong herb, so you gotta be willing to deal with the earthy taste. Ashwaganda is good for so many different things, but it definitely helps with libido and energy levels. I love the taste of this and the company always has great high standards. After using it the past few nights during my night routine, I think it is helping. I've been sleeping better through the night. The one thing that's hard for me to get past though is the taste. It is pretty extreme in my opinion. Anyone got tricks to make it taste better? I did the alcohol free one.

According to consumerLab this is the best Ashwagandha supplement for the money. Does it do anything? I anecdotally can't really say for sure, but I keep taking it. Doesn't taste bad.

I just started this product but I have been taking Bacopa from this company for memory every day for a long time and I just want to recommend this company because their products are well tolerated. And I recommend if you’re looking for liquids this is the best option.

Information you might not know? I found out the hard way! Took this product for about 6 months daily X2. It does what it is intended to do..BUT….AFTER THAT LENGTH OF TIME..I DEVELOPED A SMALL BODY RASH WHICH OVER WEEKS KEPT ENLARGING. burning toes….very agitated and anxiety was increased…hot and cold body…TRIED TO STOP THIS PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING GOT WORSE….HOT FLASHES….ANXIETY THROUGH THE ROOF….BODY RASH ALL OVER…ITCHING….INSOMNIA NIGHTLY. READ UP ON THIS ON REDDIT-GOOGLE.COM. takes about a month to get it out of your system depending on how much you took daily. It affects you thyroid…harmones….everything is now out of wack in your system. I am absolutely miserable!! Thought I was having a nervous breakdown. It’s been three days now and I’m still fighting the withdrawals. Throw it in the trash!
