This it the best knife I ever have in my life ! Real ,heavy ,stable , productive with gathering chopped pieces on the side of it and after just slide them into the bowl. And cutting that way become "pleasure to cook" *cutting nicely with finesse is an incentive for delicious progress *🍠🥔🍆🤎

Perfect for sourdough
Bought this as a gift for my partner, who loves it. It's perfect for sourdough and harder breads, and cuts them so easily! It looks like a fancy knife and overall I think it's very good value for money. We've had it for 6 months now and are very pleased with it. It's way too sharp, so keep it away from kids!

Lovely presented box high quality made steel with beautiful handle that is comfortable in the hand found a definite improvement in sharpness of my knifes, compared to the steels I have been using which I picked up for less than £10,best to have the best kit then all you can blame is your sharpening skills ,this steel is a great buy which I think they say will last a lifetime at affordable price

This is a well made kitchen knife. It's chunky, solid and goes in the dishwasher. It's extremely sharp and does its job well. I recommend careful use if you want to avoid any accidents. I would buy it again, but I don't think I'll have to for a long time. It's so well made.
