Will this adapter work with 3” rubber sewer flex hose/pipe with metal band clamps?

I would think so,it is made to screw into a 3" threaded PVC pipe, so the diameter are the same or close and as long as you get the metal band tight enough I don't see why that wouldn't work.

Yeah, you're right. I"m not going outside right now to measure it, but it's either 0.6 feet, or 6 inches. And even that's not accurate, because the pipe diameter is three inches.

How long is the adapter ?

It is 4-1/2" long from the bottom to the top of the hook part. And 4" from the bottom of the fitting to the top of the fitting.

Do they sell the gasket separately ?

No,it's all one piece, you but a separate piece to screw on to that and then you glue it together
