Will this stick card stock paper to fabric?

These things worked to stick foam to a metal door. They were really sticky and the only thing I could find that would work with the foam. I believe they would stick paper to fabric.

Will this work with face mask and ribbon?

Hello, yes, this will work for ribbon but it is always recommended that you test anything being used on the skin. We have another double-coated tape we sell that is skin-friendly and recommended for use with face masks to skin. This is our Pro 1502 Face Mask Tape, you can search ASIN# B08CJWDDS8 or please reference this link: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CJWDDS8?tag=protapes-20
