Schwarzenegger is one of those people known around the world.I enjoyed reading about some of the challenges he had to overcomeon his way to the top. Despite some creative grammar, the inspirationalmessage comes through.

There is a lot inspiration to take from the book. The concepts of hard work is one of them. if you're not willing to work hard someone is and will be winning. Also of note, the book inspires through Arnold's belief on originality and being a maverick -- taking chances and doing sometime what is unconventional or out of box.These concepts are very powerful and the Author does a very nice job in bringing the concise to Schwarzenegger's beliefs on values, motivation, and achievement. A great book.

This is not a book- it's more like a pamphlet with 6 quotes written by someone who does not speak English as a first language as the grammar and tenses are all wrong. I requested a refund.

Very nice overview! I’m a big fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger and I’m always looking for information and books related to him. I must admit that this book is by far the one I’ve ever read about him as it summarizes his principle for a life change. The author does a great job compiling the most important principles of how to change your life in the view of Arnold Schwarzenegger using a clear, solid, engaging narrative style. Go ahead and grab a copy. It's totally worth it!

Arnold is one of my freakin' awesome idol! Though I'm still having a little bit of problem saying his last name though but that doesn't matter :P The book is absolutely entertaining and probably one of my most "read again" book.

Arnold! What a champ! I've been working out for the past 10 years and Arnold has been a huge influence and played a major part in me starting working out. This book has a ton of wisdom, coming from the one and only - Schwarzenegger himself. If his words can't inspire and motivate you, I don't know what will. Absolutely loved this little gem of a book.
