This is a must have!
I am not one who usually writes reviews. However, I felt this product did merit my writing one. This product helped to make my recovery from a vitrectomy tolerable. This helped me to get into a much more comfortable position to sleep because it helped to relieve shoulder, neck and back pain that went along with my recovery which involved eyes parallel to the floor at all times. It is a no brainer to set up, which is a big plus.

Close but not what I need
Pros: Cushion and case seem very well made - nice design. Cons: Main cushion foam density is a bit lacking, while foam around collarbones and the foam in the chest piece are way too hard. Rather uncomfortable. The lever to lock the face cradle in position is very hard to lock - You need strong hands to do it. Take away: If you're just gonna use this for a few days of recovery it will probably be fine, especially if you have a fleece or a thin memory foam topper over it. I was hoping to use it for massage as a cheaper alternative to the BodyCushion but there's no comparison in comfort.

WRONG SHIPMENT OR FALSE ADVERTISING???????
WOULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE SCORE, IF IT WAS AVAILABLE!!!! This product was supposed to provide full support for face-down sleep post vitrectomy eye surgery, with multiple pieces. The product shipped was NOTHING like that...it was a small piece of semi-rigid cheap foam with a cutout for face...no extra pieces to support the body and VERY uncomfortable. I believe the wrong product was shipped, but since it was time-sensitive, I had to return. VERY disappointed and would not recommend this seller or product to anyone. Piece shipped was 3 lbs; was supposed to be 13 lbs. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Main Cushion Lacks Thickness
Bought this for my son as he kept having vitrectomies, and renting the bed cushion needed for the face down position was almost as expensive as buying this model. This cushion comes with the main body cushion with a removable pectoral piece (my son asked me to remove it right away as he said it was too hard), arm rests (which we never used), foot rests, and face rest which goes into the main body cushion with two arms. Takes a bit of wiggling and pushing to put the face rest arms into the main body cushion but once in, it stays in. The face rest level is adjustable and works well. The whole set comes with a zip up bag which is a nice touch. Bought some massage table sheets to put over the face rest and main body cushion, basically wrapping the main body cushion around as massage table sheets are double the size. It all worked out very well. Only issue; the main body cushion lacks thickness and quickly became uncomfortable for my son, who is only 115 lbs, within the first night he used it. He had to put a pillow under his chest to get comfortable. All this said, the price is right and, for the short time my son uses it (between 2 to 4 weeks after an operation), it will do.

Face cradle is the only good thing
This product is not appropriate for adults over 100 lbs. The area cut out for the torso is not wide enough it makes your hip bones and ribs sore. The neck cut out is not wide enough and your collar bone gets sore. You can not leave the removable block at the chest in as it makes the breast area sore too. It is very uncomfortable. Save yourself some money and buy just a face cradle for a massage table. Fold the arms underneath as shown in the pictures attached and lay on a regular pillow with your face in the face cradle - much more comfortable than the cushion and more affordable too. You can adjust the face cradle for comfort.

Garbage
This product should cost $49 at most. If you are recovering from a vitrectomy operation this item will likely end up tossed off bed as it is so uncomfortable, clunky etc. I ended up having to rent equipment from a Delicery service. Pricier yes but when recovering from surgery you need the best
